DLP Real Estate Capital teamed up with one of its Elite Partners in order to assist with re-opening efforts in the City of Bethlehem as the county moves from the ‘red’ to ‘yellow’ phase and began its #BacktoBethlehem campaign.

Alex Szkaradek, President of SC Health SPV, LLC and Don Wenner, Founder and CEO of DLP Real Estate Capital donate 10,000 protective masks (PPE) to businesses throughout the downtown business association as well as the city itself in order to ensure business owners have masks for their entire staff and for patrons and customers.

Brion Yarnell and Jennifer LoConte, representing DLP Real Estate Capital, along with Adam Phelps and Grayson Hefner, representing SC Health, presented the masks to representatives from the office of Mayor Rob Donchez as well as officials from the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Wenner comments, “On behalf of myself and my team, I am thrilled and honored to be able to assist in the re-opening efforts of downtown Bethlehem and throughout our amazing city. Businesses, restaurants, and stores can finally start the process of getting back to work and providing goods and services to patrons. Of course, this donation of 10,000 masks would not be possible without the generosity and support of SC Health and it’s President, Alex Szkaradek. We’re thrilled to work with Alex and his team on this wonderful opportunity to give back to the city of Bethlehem.”

“God has blessed me, so I can bless others. During these unprecedented and challenging times, neighbors should help neighbors, even if we are from different states.  We are very grateful that DLP arranged this mask giveaway to help local citizens,” said Alex Szkaradek, President of SC Health SPV, which is 100% USA owned/operated, with headquarters in Columbia, SC.
