Guatemala | Transforming Futures (Dec. 2025)

Transforming Futures is a faith-driven nonprofit organization committed to breaking cycles of generational poverty in Guatemala by equipping at-risk and orphaned youth with the education, vocational training, and life skills they need to lead productive, independent lives. Many of the young people served by Transforming Futures have faced homelessness, violence, or exploitation. Through the organization’s comprehensive programming, which includes structured academics, discipleship, and hands-on job training, these youth are empowered to build stable futures and make meaningful contributions to their community.

This mission trip offers participants the opportunity to walk alongside Transforming Futures in their life-changing work with Guatemalan youth. You’ll have the chance to engage directly with students, hear their stories, and witness the program's impact firsthand. From attending community gatherings and participating in educational initiatives and service projects to joining in moments of worship and reflection, your involvement will affirm and support this organization’s work to uplift vulnerable youth and empower them to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
