About the DLP Positive Returns Foundation

Founded in 2018 by Don and Carla Wenner, the DLP Positive Returns Foundation (DLP PRF) was created to empower lasting solutions for families and individuals facing life’s greatest challenges.
Built on the belief that businesses can and should act as a force for good, the foundation unites a growing community of employees, investors, strategic partners, and nonprofit organizations, aligning resources, relationships, and expertise to drive meaningful, measurable change worldwide.
DLP PRF exists to serve families and individuals with dignity and compassion, guided by the belief that faithful action brings lasting transformation and the call to “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:39). The foundation focuses on addressing challenges by developing practical solutions that extend beyond temporary relief. We steward our resources with intention, pursuing sustainable, long-term outcomes with the power to solve complex issues and transform lives.
Our Focus
DLP PRF focuses its efforts across three primary areas of impact:
- The Next Generation
Investing in the futures of vulnerable children and young adults by equipping, educating and protecting them through mentorship, education, spiritual development, and providing pathways to opportunity. In partnership with organizations that serve orphaned and vulnerable populations, DLP PRF helps to create environments where young people feel safe, supported, and are given the foundation needed to thrive. - The Homelessness Crisis
Eradicating homelessness through innovative, collaborative solutions. By leveraging relationships and resources across the real estate, nonprofit, and community development sectors, the foundation works to expand access to housing opportunities and act as a support system for individuals and families in need. - High-Capacity Leadership Development
Developing high-capacity leaders, driven by purpose, service, and a desire to create lasting impact. DLP PRF believes meaningful change starts with leaders who are equipped not only with resources and education, but with strong values, Christ-like compassion, and a steadfast commitment to serving others.
