Beyond Success is a global leadership initiative that mobilizes leaders to add value, build relationships, and share their faith through transformational roundtables (small groups). Over eight weeks, participants in the Beyond Success Roundtables program will learn and internalize the core values that have been formative in John C. Maxwell’s life, career, and journey to become the world’s leading authority on transformational leadership.
Culminating in the opportunity to learn from John C. Maxwell himself, Beyond Success Roundtables is the world's most effective model of transformational leadership training.
Since the program’s inception in 2020, 140,000+ leaders have participated in nearly 20,000 Roundtable cohorts. Millions of lives have been transformed, with 62% of non-Christian participants accepting Christ as a result of the program's final lessons.

What to Expect in a Beyond Success Roundtable Group
- 8 weeks of small group study
- Weekly 1 hr sessions
- 8-10 peers per group
- Each week will focus on a specific value that is foundational to the highest levels of transformational leadership
- Opportunities to examine your leadership skills and style and take steps to dive deeper into High-Road Leadership
- Deep conversation, shared growth, and long-lasting relationships with your peers
