Staff Trip - Pathlight Belize (Jan. 2027)

PathLight International empowers Belizean students to achieve their full potential by offering academic support, one-on-one mentorship, and transformative leadership development opportunities. Their mission is to cultivate thriving students who not only excel academically but can also become catalysts for positive, lasting change in their communities and beyond.

This trip invites participants to join PathLight students, mentors, and educators in embracing the program’s holistic approach and its ability to foster generational change through education. Participants will engage directly with students, participate in classroom activities, provide support to PathLight mentors, and contribute to local service initiatives that promote growth and empowerment among Belizean youth. Attendees will witness firsthand how transformative education and mentorship can create a ripple effect of positive change in the lives of others.
